INTRODUCTION:-

A) The necessity to provide a professional and reliable service to the maritime field with a wide range of services to include Survey, Agency, Stevedoring, Placement in the offshore sectors and other allied services.
With the above in mind; SIGMA SHIPPING AGENCY PVT. LTD. was founded/established in 1992; providing services to both major International and National Shipping Lines as well as the Chemical and Steel industry, to whom our professional services have been provided for the last twenty years.

B) THE ORGANISATION is headed by a MASTER MARINER with more than forty five years experience in the maritime field; both afloat and on shore in various managerial capacities.
A team of sixteen Inspectors and Surveyors has more than eighteen years experience in the survey field, with special proficiency in Draft Surveys, Bunker Surveys, Tank and G.P. Container inspections, Pre-shipment inspections of export cargoes etc.

C) The organization is licensed by :-
1.Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority (IRDA).
2.International Institute of Container Lessors Ltd., USA.

 

D) The organization is registered with :-
1.Mumbai Port Trust.
2.Gujarat Maritime Board to include all Gujarat Ports.
3.JNPT Port Trust, Nhava-Sheva.
4.Jaigarh Ports Ltd., Jaigarh.
